Krish (Kumar) Raval is the director of Faith in Leadership. The organization includes among its alumni and patrons key British faith leaders and runs programs in partnership with the University of Cambridge Inter-faith Programme. He heads a number of leadership interventions and is particularly committed to building the capacity of faith communities and young people. Raval was the first director of the Churchill Leadership Fellows, the United Kingdom’s main leadership fellowship for outstanding 19- to 25-year-olds, now run in partnership with the Moller Centre at Churchill College. A lawyer by background, Raval had a training contract at a prominent Los Angeles law firm before a deep interest in people led him to work with undergraduates and high school students in the fields of addictions, eating disorders, group therapy, and eventually leadership development. He was a participant in the International Higher Education Interfaith Leadership Forum.
Denny discovered his passion for Leadership while studying at Sheffield University. The idea’s of service and outreach central to Leadership inspired Denny to work to make leadership available to everyone. Denny has worked in leadership training and Development for over 10 years and brings is operational and logistics skills to the team in order to design and deliver leadership programs for a range of new audiences.
